Because of my personal process of transformation over years of healing, practice and training, I am deeply committed to helping you realise your possibility to change and go from feeling overwhelmed with emotional chaos to emotional balance, inner peace and joy. I observed how individuals who came to me feeling stuck, anxious, and confused over time shifted unwanted behaviours and emotions by increasing self-awareness and self compassion through some of the practices we shared during our coaching sessions. Deepening your self-awareness means you enter a realm of being aware of yourself, of others and everything around us. This has a ripple effect in your closest relationships, your family and your work. Self-awareness practices involve all aspects of who we are as bodies, minds and spirits; moreover, it also intersects with how we relate and perceive both our physical and non-physical surroundings. We are after all holistic individuals living within a life system with both visible and non-visible aspects.
